1 star is way to high. I wish negative stars were available. This location is a complete horror show. Stay way if at all possible. They have beepers that just allow you to stand in the long lineup. Not to go to the counter. ServiceOntario should pay us 50 dollars an hour for wasting your time. Only then will we get the service part of ServiceOntario. Be prepared to be standing for 2-3 hours at least.nHaving said that, the lady serving me at the counter was excellent. She was very helpful and pleasant. Therefore, I place the blame above this office because they can only work with the tools they are given by the upper management.

The worst service Ontario location I’ve ever been to. The staff are unknowledgeable about what documents are required to complete different services, and both of the attendants I encountered had heavy accents making communication incredibly difficult. The cue is an absolute mess - I went on a Tuesday around noon, and somehow the place was still packed. People were treating the reception desk like a Q&A booth, and you can’t even get into the actual line to speak to an attendant without first lining up at the reception desk to take a buzzer. Garbage.

Thank you Sophie for the wonderful experience.She was very clear with the information which most of people are not with.I went 4centres to figure out about my G licence which never received in mail after passing the exam my temporary was expiring at this day.However she figured out the issue behind the walls and made my day a happy day ..Thanks Service Ontario for having Sophia for us.

Waited a bit 30-1hr but once I got to the front it was quick 5 minutes to renew my drivers and health card and take a photo! The staff member was extremely kind and efficient! I would highly recommend this location!

Was there today. I was told the wait would be 1 hour to an 1 hour and a half was seen within the time I was told and the service was great. Fantastic costumer service.
