Jollibee

I really like that there’s a Jollibee on the west side but my only concern with this location is the parking. But overall, love the food, and the service is pretty fast. I always do mobile order and by the time I get there they never failed to get my order on time.

I skip jollibee tonight and called the store to ask for a lot of changes thinking that they might get annoyed but into my surprise they are so nice about it! I mean they even talked me through it and repeat it multiple times to make sure my orders are right. They are all so friendly and fast also accurate and it made me feel like home.

Well we thought we’d give Jollibee a try, chances are we’re not coming back, just not impressed at all.nn- Chicken batter is flavourless bland though the chicken is well portioned.nn- The spicy burger is advertised as,”with fresh jalapeños, and Sriracha sauce”, I got 1 pepper slice worker told me, “oh it should have come with 2 slices”, a pathetic amount to be advertised as comes with and the Sriracha has no heat, none, nada.nn- The pie is the same size you would get at any other fast food place but it’s $3.50. That’s a joke, tasted really good, but not $3.50 good.

Don't order from this location. Their chicken thighs are 1/2 in size than other locations. It's chicken thigh in the photo. You can see that obviously they cut one thigh into 2 pieces.

The jolly chicken is good, the sandwiches are a bit hard to eat. But my complaint is with their paper bag. Why do they rip so easily???? I got home with my food, got out of the car, and the whole bag ripped in my hands. 47 dollars worth of food all on the road. And of course none of their containers actually close, so I couldn't salvage any of it, it all fell out. Why are your bags so weak??? No other fast food place has this problem. I have never had a bag literally rip in half in my hands before.
