The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - West Edmonton

Absolutely brilliant. The ambience was outstanding. The lighting, the environment was perfectly alright. The food was absolutely delicious. I tried the Risotto, which was alright. Our server Juliana made sure we were properly taken care of. I highly recommend it. We will definitely visit again.

We had the best time at the keg west. Our server Kelsey was phenomenal. He was so on top of everything despite the chaotically busy night. The crab cakes were to die for, the calamari cooked perfectly. And our entrees were incredible. The mushroom risotto and chicken breast were also cooked to perfection I can't remember a time having such a perfect chicken breast. Juicy but still blackened to perfection my husband had a burger and said it was also melt in your mouth perfect. Truly the team there is one of the best I've ever seen. We will most certainly be back. The kitchen staff must be insanely skilled. Not a single complaint to be had. Truly one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you for a wonderful date night for my partner and I.

We were in for supper tonight, July 6th. Our waitress was Holly. She was great UNTIL we went to pay & she handed me the debit machine, I paid & tipped, handed it back & as she's looking at the receipt her face changed. Her jaw dropped & she looked irritated! She didn't say anything after that & walked away rudely! Maybe give her some lessons on how to be professional & don't automatically assume what your tip will be!

Had a fabulous meal here tonight. Our server, Chris was fantastic and attentive. For an appetizer, we had Mushrooms Neptune. My husband had 8 Oz Keg Classic Sirloin with mushrooms, greens salad, and loaded baked potato. I had Pistachio Salmon with garlic mashed and Broccoli...perfection. My daughters had Mushroom Risotto and Wedge Salad and Nachos. Everything was delicious.

We have been visiting this Keg location for some time. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a host who appeared somewhat disinterested in her role that evening. Additionally, we observed that the servers' uniforms, particularly their white shirts, were not neatly pressed, which affected the overall presentation. When we were seated, the environment felt somewhat outdated, reminiscent of a 1980s restaurant, and it seems that renovation or updates might be beneficial. The standard gratuity begins at 18%, and a bill of $60.00 for a party of four is reasonable, though on the higher end for some.
