Been here many times and it has always been a good experience. Unfortunately not this time, first we ordered a bottle of sparkling water, and we didn’t get that, and we had to sent it back, then we ordered some drinks like espresso martinis and the drinks took a long long time, we ordered dinner, we had a ribeye, spaghetti, ravioli and blackened chicken, the food were delicious. We also ordered garlic butter on the side, but we got normal margarine instead. We finally got our bills and they took a long time and also one of the bill was incorrect and the waitress had to get it fix which that took a while as well. We already paid the first bill and she had to fix the second bill, and when she came back she said that the transaction didn’t go through, and when she showed it to us, I said that’s not our table, and I showed her the receipt that the transaction was completed, and she was trying to blame us for a different table. Anyways, horrible experience. Food and drinks wise were good.

I went here for a birthday dinner with a couple of friends. It came highly recommended and I can see why. We stayed on the covered patio and had the ravioli with squash as a starter, the steak and prawns as my entrée, and the key lime pie for dessert. Everything tasted great and I had leftovers to take home. I wouldn't say the food was particularly memorable though but the service was excellent. We were also able to stay a long time just chatting and never felt rushed to leave.nnWould I come again? 100%. I want to try some other things on the menu and would probably do lunch here instead.

I stopped by this restaurant for happy hour, and overall, it was a solid experience. The vibe was chill, and the service was friendly. One thing that bugged me a bit—they hassled me to take my ID out of my wallet to scan it, which felt a little unnecessary, but once that was over, everything was fine. I had a main dish and some appetizers, all fresh and really tasty. The Bellinis were definitely the highlight—super refreshing and delicious. Despite the minor hassle at the start, it was a nice spot to relax, and I’d come back for another happy hour.

Yesterday, we visited The Cactus at 1 PM with a reservation under the name Indie Ghuman and were seated on the outdoor patio. Regrettably, the server attending to us displayed highly unprofessional behavior and a complete lack of basic etiquette. Despite being accompanied by a prominent figure from India, the service fell far below acceptable standards. Although the restaurant’s ambiance and overall setting were excellent, the server’s conduct significantly diminished our experience.

A Celebration Worth RememberingnWe visited Cactus Club Café as a party of four to celebrate a successful year and kick off the festive season early with our incredible team. The evening started with shareables: the Prawn Ravioli stood out—tender, perfectly al dente, and served with a delightful sauce. The Chicken Sliders were generous in portion and well-prepared. The Truffle Fries were also a great starter—the truffle added a distinctive, rich flavor to the fries, although the portion could have been slightly larger for the price. Unfortunately, the calamari fell short—it felt undercooked, oily, and the portion left something to be desired.nnFor mains, the steaks were cooked as requested, but the seasoning was noticeably light. I had to request coarse salt, which helped. The lobster tail accompanying my steak was cooked to perfection.nnWhat truly made the evening memorable was the outstanding service. Our hostess was attentive to every detail, and the complimentary dessert and drinks were a thoughtful gesture from management. We wrapped up the night with photos by the patio Christmas tree and fireplace—an extra touch that enhanced the warm, festive ambiance.nnOverall, it was a fulfilling experience, a perfect way to close a hard-working year. I’ll certainly return to explore more of the menu and enjoy the atmosphere again!
