Brew and Bloom - Downtown

I ate the most delicious meal I think I have ever had in Canada! Not even exaggerating!nnThe atmosphere was incredible, it was very affordable, and the service was great.nnLet's get back to the food... I ordered the mushroom bisque to start, such amazing flavor bursting with each savory spoonful, and honestly a meal all in itself! I brought some home with me to enjoy tomorrow for lunch, so happy about that!nnThe main course did not disappoint after that bisque. I ordered the short rib dinner, so tender and flavorful! Served with velvety mashed potatoes full of flavor along with seasonal vegetables. The presentation was immaculate and it complemented the rest of the experience perfectly. I was very impressed with everything! That almost never happens!nnIf you are looking for an amazing dining experience, you NEED to eat here! 5 stars wasn't enough. Thank you for the outstanding dining experience! The next time I am in Edmonton, I will be back! Highly recommended!

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday with 19 of our friends. The atmosphere was enchanting. The service was top notch. The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed it. We were never pressured to leave as we wrapped up our dinner. It was a fantastic night with friends, food, and drinks. Highly recommend.

The food was fantastic and presented beautifully, and the presentation really matched the decor. A lot of effort is put into the presentation, which I really appreciate. The cloud nine pink chocolate sauce and the croissant-waffles were delicious. We didn’t order any meat dishes but it looks like the salmon Benedict was popular. The espresso flight was beautiful and tasted great! I would come here again for brunch. It was a great experience.

It’s not the first time we’ve been to this cafe. We were in downtown and on the other side, and we were satisfied every time! The most beautiful serving of drinks, always delicious and beautiful food As a coffee lover, I can also recommend this place for the most delicious coffee. The place is great for meeting up with a group of friends. I loved the vibrant decor, it really added to the atmosphere. The service was okay, but the food was delicious, and the drinks were great too. If you're planning to take pictures inside, keep in mind that the lighting isn't the best, so you might need to adjust your settings.
