Jerusalem Shawarma West Edmonton

Visiting from Manitoba. First time here. Asked the cashier what I should get. She told me multiple choices as a first timer here. Great explanations and great attitude. Told me the best one to try all the meats was the mixed plate. A bit pricey for me, but the portions are MASSIVE. Complimentary tea is sweet and refreshing. Very fun experience. Will visit again if I go back to Edmonton.

Amazing Shawarma, Disappointing Customer ServicennI recently visited Jerusalem Shawarma and I have to say—the shawarma was absolutely delicious. One of the best I’ve ever had! The flavors were spot on, and the portion size was generous.nnUnfortunately, the overall experience was let down by the customer service. The lady at the front counter was surprisingly rude and had an unwelcoming attitude. I’m not sure why, but it definitely took away from what could have been a great visit.nnGreat food deserves great service—and I hope the management looks into improving how customers are treated. I’d love to come back, but only if the service improves

This is by far the best Jerusalem Shawarma I have ever visited in Alberta. Beautifully appointed booths for a unique fast casual dining experience.nnI hope Jersusalem continues to grow as a franchise. I wish we had anything near as good back home in Houston.nnMy only complaint is the poutine, it needed work to have lasting power. It was overly covered in gravy that was too salted. And I wish you could choose fresh toppings in the base price before they bathe it in gravy. I think it would make it a much more enjoyable meal. Finally the meat was not cut into bite size pieces and was not served with a knife.nnService was impeccable but timing on meal delivery to the table needed tightening up. The poutines were a noticeable amount of time after the wrap and platter. They brought a large jug of water to our table and did a complimentary tea service. The tea was very tasty.nnAs long time fans since we lived in Calgary and they first opened Jerusalem is a must stop whenever we are in province. We are excited they sold a spice mix and we can take the flavour home.
