Six of my family took our 96-year old Mom out to Earls for dinner. We were sat on the inside patio. Bright. Now too crowded so we could hear each other. Plenty of plants. A lovely space. Wonderful dinner. One ordering glitch, but staff more than compensated for it. We had a lovely time.
I won an Earls gift card a while ago so my mum & I decided to use it for my birthdaynthis weekend. The food was spectacular, and so was the service! Sharen, the server, who took care of us, was outstanding! She had a table of 20 people and still managed to check in on us a few times and engaged in meaningful conversation. We are grateful to have met her, and for this experience overall!
Came here for a nice dinner. Food was all very good, the steak and sushi were delicious. The atmosphere the restaurant was very welcoming and casual, while still maintaining an upscale look. Unfortunately the service left lots to be desired, as the service was slow and sometimes unfriendly. Our server seemed to disappear for long periods at a time, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. Overall was a pleasant experience.
After a previous very disappointing dining experience on our travels it was wonderful to enjoy the evening at Earls.nEverything was right, food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Our server was polite and attentive.nThis is my favourite Earl's and they delivered again to a high standard.nThank you to both our server Alexis and the warm conversation with Delenn the manager. The team appeared happy efficient and engaged.
Glad they have gluten aware options! Came on a busy Fri and wait was only 10 mins. We had left from cactus club which changed our wait from 30 mins -> 1hr. So at least Earls was honest about its wait time. They have some parking I think it's free because they ask at reception if you used the parking lot. I got the bigger better burger I think it was called with a gluten free bun forgot to ask about seed oils, they asked if it was gluten allergy or preference, which is always a good sign. And it came with a side of fries that I didn't really want, with the mushroom truffle dip, which was actually quite tasty. Food came out fast enough and service was great - our server was very attentive and kind. I give the burger a solid 7-10, for the fries ide have preferred home made baked potato wedges with olive oil or butter. Good value over-all.
