This place can get very busy at times as they are extremely popular. That's always a great sign. My company orders catering often and the food is always great - it's always a crowd pleaser and nobody ever complains when they see that Panera box. Last Saturday 10/22 at noon, these two young men were working so hard and yet always with an upbeat attitude, still smiling and respectful to the customers. I could tell they either had a huge rush of orders or were short-staffed, yet my food was fresh and delicious as always!
Wonderful experience overall! Coffee on tap being refillable was a nice surprise, and the large location surprisingly not busy allows for a nice atmosphere for get togethers or solo studying/working sessions! A great place I most likely will return to when in the area with my wife! Vegetarian options: Available in plus! Tons of bread! Kid-friendliness: A more adult store for sure, but accommodating to children for certain. Parking: Tons due to the mall surrounding/nearby. Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors and spacious interior lend themselves well to the disabled! Dietary restrictions: Definitely worth inquiring to staff regarding celiac allergies due to an abundance of baked bread. Staff are approachable so inquire for all questions!
It’s been awhile since I have had Panera, I remember it being quite good last time. This salad was just shy of $20 delivered. First thing was the presentation upon opening the bag, Greasy fingerprints all over the container and the avocado half smashed out. The bottom of the bowl looked like soup and this is where most of the rotten lettuce was. Had hoped to salvage it as I was quite hungry but couldn’t stomach it after I continued to find more and more. Chicken had quite a bit of fatty pieces to it. Will not be reordering again from here.
What I received vs. what I ordered. I placed a to-go order for the Mediterranean Bowl as-is, no substitutions or changes, but half of the bowl is missing… Didn’t have tomatoes, lemon tahini or hummus, but they added chicken. I don’t eat meat, so this was a waste of time, money, gas, and consumable resources. Looks like other reviewers had similar issues. Either Panera has gone down hill, or this location is struggling. I won’t be back.
Placed a pick up order for a whole salad and unfortunately this is what I got. One of the dressing containers is less than a quarter full. I totally understand this was during the lunch rush but filling the container with some more greens would have great. I did get store credit through the app but I’m not sure I’ll be back to this location.
Delicious food. The sandwich was great for sharing and the iced chai tea latte was incredible. The staff were lovely and helpful too. :
4.13.22: So ordered online for pick up. Got to work and one third of my salad was un eatable.. rotten lettuce. Thanks. 3.2022: I love Panera don't get me wrong, but every 3 times I go there, my order is not right. This has happened at the Bothell Panera ALL the time. I went today, got my bacon egg and cheese on Asiago bagel and I get a sausage instead of bacon. I hate sausage so someone else at work had a nice breakfast. Every 3 times I go, they mess up my order. Not sure at this point if it's on purpose.
I really don't know what I am missing here or is it just Bothell store and I had been ordering here for a while, but I am FED UP with this: 1. Most of the time something is not available on the menu. There is either no Chicken or some soup is missing. Come on Chicken missing????? 2. You put in your order and you think that it will be ready within reasonable time, but I had to wait at one point for 30 minutes. 3. There is 0 organization. Soups are being poured 20 minutes before the sandwiches arrived. Luckily I caught it few times, otherwise I would have cold soup 4. Food is laying on the counter sometimes for 5-10 minutes before being packed, because there is no one to pack it 5. You are allowing customers without mask to the counter to pick up the food to Dine-In or ask for something that was missing on the order There are many more reasons I can think off, but I am too tired of this place and to waste my time talking about it.
I am writing this review in one of your employees by the Allie. She was taking orders by the drive through. The attitude she has was paramount. We made an order of macaroni and sandwich. When we got to the window to pay, she only handed us the sandwich and she was talking to us with heavy attitude and very rude. After we asked where is the macaroni, she said we didn’t order and we can order if we needed it and then she started pushing us from the line claiming that we are holding the line. The sandwich was really looking so badly packaged and when we were trying to ask how now she was very rude and her attitude we couldn’t take. Her Servises we did not like. We also work with people and but we don’t treat them the way your employees treated us. We had to make a reorder by the window she was still talking to us very rude. 1. When you are working with people at least have some respect for them 2. Work ethics, at least practice some better customer service, that will not turn people away but bring more people to the business.
The workers were amazing and the food was outstanding. And, the workers all had a good mood and the food came quick. We will come back to this after a good experience!
