We recently ordered To go from Red Robin from Bothell Everett Highway. order was ready on time and curbside pickup was so quick and helpful. Burgers and sides tasted good. If I could make a 0 star rating I would. I placed my order through the app, 3 meals and an appetizer. It said it would take 40 minutes. I arrived about 45 minutes later and then waited another 15. That was fine, I understand places get busy. Not a real issue. I then drive home with my order and the egg on my daughter's burger is raw. The white part is not fully cooked. I requested crispy chicken on my wrap and it is grilled. I also paid extra for avocado so imagine my suprise when the avocado is brown. I pulled it out of the wrap and the entire avocado was brown. No green to it. I then drive back to have our food remade and 'just to be safe' they over cooked the egg so it is not over easy at all which is the point of the burger. I told them I did not want it over cooked or under cooked. I wanted it to be correct and that is all. I ordered my food at 7pm. It is now almost 9:30 and I am just getting home to finally have dinner. While I waited I began typing this and the manager decided to look at my phone and ask me if I was documenting this. I said, I am writing a review on Google. So then he wrote his name and associate manager and put it in my bag. Not sure why but his name is Colby. I will not be returning to this location. The second to last picture is the new egg. And the last is all of the brown avocado.
I really dislike this Bothell location. 90% of the time the order is not ready when I get there and I usually get there on time, and expect to wait - I'm very patient. Today, I arrived at the est ready time. Called curbside, they said it was still being made. Waited 20 minutes total of 45 mins from submitting it online and watched multiple people pull in and out so I went inside. The young lady mentioned to everyone waiting, they were having a kitchen issue and were short staffed - so the wait time was a little longer. Fair enough. After a few mins of waiting and/or to be acknowledged personally, I looked over and my order is on the rack!!! I asked if we were just waiting for the drinks and she was shocked and asked if that was my order?? Really? At that point I checked the food, and it was already Lukewarm!! Not ok! My burger was pink too! I mean, I don't mind a little pink, but this was pretty damn pink! I have pics to prove! I didn't have time nor was I going to wait another hour to have it all remade.The other 10% of the time, they either forget something, make a mess of the sauces, or the food is flat out cold upon making it to my car. I know I've said this before, but I'm truly sticking with it this time, if I ever want a to go order from RR, I will drive the extra 15 mins each way and go to the Woodinville location. I've never had an issue there and they have more options on the online menu. I couldn't even order a strawberry milkshake, unless I attached it to a kids meal, which I tried to but it magically didn't appear upon hitting "place order", from Bothell location! #DoneWithThisPlaceForToGoOrders I've always had a pleasant experience with dine in - but I will never do curbside/Togo again here
Very friendly staff but like most the service is sluggish. I wish they would have a hot holding area. It wouldn't matter if the food sat for a while and you could set your pickup times later than necessary for the drivers. Can you imagine how many more parking spots and space in the lobby there would be without keeping drivers waiting? With all that said. The wait times are a factor in deciding if I should accept a sub $10 offer. I always use a fire bag to keep your 3rd party customers food hot and hopefully satisfied to return for more. Maybe start reporting drivers who don't use bags too. I keep getting cold food when ordering. Love you. Great work but please fix the pickup times. Check out pizza bank. Their setup is a beauty! They are super busy but are able to keep the lobby free of drivers with their hot holding area.
Classic Red Robin; this location is finally back to normal! Took forever and got bad service when I came six months ago. This was much better!Food: 5/5
Been going here for practically all my life, sad to rate it so low. Used to be 6/5 but in the last 2-3 years the service, efficiency and etc have been on the decline. I am writing this as I dine but I have arrived at 6:30 and it is now 7:40 no food. We got three drinks whilst we waited about 15 minutes for drinks then another 20 for two drinks then I had to wait another 10-15 for my drink. I am pretty patient so I understand. But I also have to rate it low because the staff seem uninterested in working. Literally conversating right in front of everyone. Not to mention it smells very. Weird in the whole place, I will update as I go but so far this is probably my worst experience in about 10-15 years of going here.
This was our first time eating at this Red Robin and my wife and I were craving the fries because they're usually really good. We ordered fried pickles for an appetizer, the "beer" fondue dipping sauce, and a burger for lunch. The fried pickles arrived burnt, the cheese was cold, they ran out of fries and they were WAY understaffed. I can honestly say we will not be going back to this Red Robin.
Unfortunately, food was subpar. Usually the food is consistently good. The cook really must have been having a rough day. The burger tasted as if it had been warmed up after it was precooked early in the morning. It also tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned in a while. C'mon Red Robin, you are better than this experience for sure! Find yourself again!
Service was very slow and poorly managed. The worst red robin I've ever been to.
Awful atmosphere -- loud and the bathrooms were dirty. We had to wait over 50 minutes for our three pizzas and a salad. The hostess did her best to keep us informed amidst the chaos -- no easy job for her and the only reason I'm rating service with two stars instead of one. The pizzas were okay but the lettuce and vegetables in the salad tasted moldy and old. I hope to never eat here again.
