We are here for the 14.99 all you can eat and are surprised by the super friendly staffs! Everyone here are happy and warm! From Martha to Zach our server, and Khloee treat all us like friends and family! This must be a good place to work because every staff are just in that happy spirit!
The food was delicious but the waitress was in such a rush she almost got my order wrong. And when confirming my order, she she spoke so fast I couldn't understand her. Food was outstanding but the service left a lot to be desired.Food: 5/5
This was our first time to this Applebees location. We have been to others that were not very good, but we were on our way home and needed to stop and eat. I have to say we will be back to this Applebees. The hostess Flor, was such a sweet and welcoming person. Our waitress Jessica was the best! The food was really great. We did the 2 for $25. What a deal. The grilled oriental chicken salad was huge and amazing. Filled with lots of grilled chicken! Really really was one of the best places we have eaten at in a long time! Kid-friendliness: My 3 yr old granddaughter absolutely loved both Flor and Jessica. They were such sweeties to her and how they interacted with her. She wanted to talk with them even though they had to work, but they were both very giving of their time to her and making her feel welcome and a part of the experience.
Food is very average. Quality if the meat used is what you would expect from Applebees, not amazing.
The prices here are a bit steep for the portions. The burgers and fries were awesome some years back. Its not that the ingredient quality is bad, its that the portions don't reflect the prices. I like to get nachos here, they are a good portion and quality for the price. The place cannot be that bad because they always have the parking lot half or mostly full. The interior is really nice and comfortable. Staff is helpful and as quick as I have seen in a high order environment like this. Wheelchair accessibility: There is no ramp issues here, however things are a bit cramped once inside. Its not that they don't provide services for wheel chair occupants, its that it may get difficult to move to and through certain sections due to close quarters for someone in a larger electric wheel chair at full peak operation and occupancy.
My partner and I came for a date, there was a child running around coughing, running in and out of the bar. Who we think was the manager was standing watching the TV completely unaware. We hardly ate when we got boxes due to the coughing child. We wanted to get drinks to go but they wouldn’t take our order, we had to order through the website. We ordered through the website and after maybe 10 minutes of sitting in the lobby, I get a call saying they can’t take the order without us ordering food; this was frustrating as we just spent $60 on entrees we didn’t even get to eat. Horrible experience.
I consider this Applebee's in Bothell as my 2nd kitchen. Friendly staff and nice consistent food with great ambience and seating. Being a regular visitor I only wish their loyalty program was betterDine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
I've generally had a delectable experience with most any Applebee's I visited in this one is no exception. But I'm giving a review as a doordasher to extend my gratitude to the helpful staff who made the experience a quick in and out not just for myself but ultimately for the customer who is inevitably anticipating those mouth watering dishes. Not having to wait very long at all doesn't just help me. It helps the people who make it all happen: our customers.
Seriously understaffed. This place was good at one time and was a landmark in Bothell. What happens now a days? Half the number of waiters trying to serve double the number of customers. They take the grudge out on the customers out of frustration. Poor service Poor food Smaller portions Unprofessional bartender
Stopped by to grab a bite and have a beer with two of my friends. Ashley was our pilot in the bar. Very pleasant experience. She was very welcoming and also a pro in her job. Food was delicious and preped within minutes.
