Hotel service was great. Let us check in early, waived our parking fee, and let us keep the car there after checkout while we explored. Breakfast is what you expect with hotel breakfast, but large selection. Clean room, nice view of the city. GREAT location for the places we wanted to visit. Will stay again if we are back in the area.

Great location, only five minutes to drive to the Tacoma Dome and I-5, although there is a fee to park in the hotel parking garage. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We had a two room whirlpool suite and it was awesome. The views of the city lights were amazing and the private balcony was a plus too. Everything was great, until breakfast. We stayed on a weekend so it was served until 10 o'clock. We got to The Great Room at 9:40 and found only bacon. I love bacon, however not everyone in our family does. There were over fifteen other hungry people that had also arrived about then. The employee that was responsible for putting the food out was refusing to make more. There were no eggs or sausage, the pancake machine was empty, all the pastries were gone and only two bagels, most of the juices empty, every coffee carafe empty, and there wasn't even any spoons for the yogurt and cereal they did have. After the employee refused to make more her boyfriend, who was not an employee but lived there, started telling the mob of hungry people that they should have arrived earlier. He was physically threatening another guest with his fists while cussing very loudly where several children were present as well as insulting a female guest telling her that she should've showered when it was obvious that she had. We were considering another visit to this hotel but not after this horrible experience at breakfast. When breakfast is advertised until ten o'clock it should be served until ten o'clock regardless what time you arrive for breakfast.

The location was perfect for the event I was to attend at the convention center. It was also walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and art museums. The service was good they were friendly and welcoming The room was clean and well maintained. The complementary breakfast was a nice addition to the experience.

Very clean. Crisp room. Quiet and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was nice. Employees were very friendly.
