Decent economy motel. Was frustrating that they had a guest policy where every guest was asked to submit ID before they could get in. And there are specific "guest hours" on top of that. But staff was friendly.

This place is ghetto as it can be. I had my room floor soaked in moldy water and dirty sheets and mice poop all over the cupboards .. T he front desk lady is scandalous and rude as he'll. And she pocketed my deposit. And you aren't allowed any visitors or they kick you out and call the cops on you. DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE ITS SO DIRTY AND GROSS . LESSON LEARBED THE HARD WAY FOR ME

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean some burns on the carpet but not a big deal. Traffic was bad in the evening if you wanted to go to tacoma but other wise was a great stay.

This place is ripoff, I was cheated out of my cash deposit after being terminated from the property by the rude female when my boss and his wife stopped by to drop off papers to me. I was told I had less than 10 minutes to be gone or she would have the police department trespass me. They are crooked!they disregarded the cockroach I delivered to the front desk! And they kept my cash deposit after my short stay for no good reason. No one could say why, they simply kept it. Crooked. DONT GO THERE. Update:as of 1/30/2018 the guesthouse inn has yet to return our deposit proving they are indeed thirds and they do make a practice of keeping deposits as a normal.a come up sort of speak! Beware- I warned you!!! Go across the street to the roadway.they are fair and it's a nice place for the same or less money.

We looked this place up online, the websites pictures where nothing like it actually is. Needs to have new or shampooed carpets. It said hot food for breakfast, but its more like continental breakfast. The only thing hot, are waffles but you have to put them in a toaster. Does have a nice heated pool. But horrible housekeeping and smells a bit, my mom's eye's are burning and is having a hard time breathing. I'd recommend finding a different place to stay if possible, if we wouldn't have paid ahead of time, we would have traveled a little farther. Hope this was helpful.
