Paradise Inn

BEAUTIFUL old lodge! Big, rustic, wonderful architecture. Built in the 30's. Small rustic rooms and a huge rustic great room. Good hiking if you can handle the altitude. Restaurant is terrific! A must-stay-there place if you can. The road up isn't to scary! Make reservations wee in advance and enjoy the scenery and lack of electronic interruptions!

I stayed there overnight,and worked there a couple of seasons. The rooms are comfortable and spacious,and the views are amazing, as for the food it's better to leave the park to eat.

Whether you stay the night, have brunch here, or just visit; this is a cool, old place. Very rustic common area near lobby in which the Rangers give talks about the lodge and the area. Lots of good hiking from this area as well.

Basic accommodations at Paradise on Mt. Rainier, the Paradise Inn offers a unique stay in an awesome location. It is about a two minute walk to the Paradise Visitor's Center. Much of the rooms do not have ensuite bathrooms, and you will need to share both the shower and toilets. While this is annoying, the location is assuredly fantastic and the lodge itself has a nice vibe to it. The rooms are comfortable, and they stoke a fire at night to enjoy next to. There is a restaurant site with decent food, though prices are understandably high due to the location.

The inn was fantastic! There was everything i needed conveniently located. Period. Loved it!
