Great staff and a nice room. Only wish the heat/AC stayed on continually for the noise as you sleep. Would definitely stay again.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The front desk in particular Dan, was the most unprofessional environment I have ever been in. I have never left a review for anything but this hotel is the worst of the worst. Right from the start it seemed impossible to check in. I was charged twice for the room after being told I wouldn’t be charged twice. Now I can’t get a hold of the hotel for a refund. They won’t return my calls. Horrible customer service. If you are planning on staying here even if it’s only for one night like I did Ill save you the trouble and tell you DO NOT do it.

Hampton inn was wonderful. The clerk that check us in was friendly and informative. We got to our room and it was clean and very nice. We would go back again for sure.

The room was nice..breakfast good...staff was great.  The only thing we did not like was the lack of suoervision at the pool and hot tub not for the little kids but for the 2 extremely rude and crude group of young adults.
