We had 2 suites for my family - all 10 of us. They were comfortable and then staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a great variety and the water slide was tons of fun for the kids. Thank you!

One of the front desk staff while check in was very unprofessional. I asked specific questions about my room and fees. He was very mis leading and not informitive. And caught an attitude when I caught him lying to me. I asked to speak with a supervisor or Manager and he told me they dont have one. I requested a call in the morning from a supervisor and still not have recieved that call. I have stayed in multiple Holiday Inn Express's and have never recieved this type of treatment. Also I specifically choose the site because of the indoor pool. The pool staff left pool chemicals out on the table and put so much chlorine in the pool that it was un bearable to swim in. The hot tube was also not working due to the in ability of the stafff to properly adjust the chemicals. This was being done during the late afternoon. The staff running the breakfast in the morning were very delightful and courteous. And the everything was excellent. Especially during a high rate of guests using the facility. The cleaning staff was also very helpful and professional.

We arrived for a one night stay after a long 6 hour drive. The hotel staff greeted us and were very friendly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the pool and waterside, as we spent several hours in the pool that evening. The breakfast in the morning was great and we were really happy with the selection. We definitely would stay here again.

Loved the Breakfast here, all the workers here are nice they maid us feel right at home. My kids loved the swimming pool A+ on the water slide and Hot tub, the rooms were nice and clean had there own personal coffee pot in the rooms that's what I liked about it lol this place is a good place the take a break and relax...

Disappointed!! DON'T let the photos fool you! Website shows like it's worth the money, but it's far from! The pool/water slide was the main reason we chose to stay here. The "lifeguard" spent most time on his phone and measuring/ mixing pool chemicals right there at the table, not watching any swimmers. The hot tub had lots of dirt in it, which I spoke to him about and he said that it was normal. The water slide, I'd consider a safety issue that has been neglected far too long! Both the inside and the outside of the water slide is leaking and rusted horribly! This is not just a small leak either, this IS a safety problem!! Besides the lack of cleanliness, in the pool area, the rooms were no better. Our room had not been dusted, in quite sometime, the ice bucket still had water in it, smudges on the mirrors, heater unit is covered in built up dust and grime (which I could only imagine what the filter looked like). The small keurig in the room had not been cleaned, No small fridge, the smallest garbage cans I've ever seen in a hotel. The beds are beyond needing to be replaced! You can literally here the springs creek when you sit down. (And the Worst to sleep on, the floor would have been more comfortable but avoid that because it's just as dirty) Had to go to the front desk several times to fix the key card. As we headed to the pool the next morning, someone was having trouble using their key to access so I offered help, it was the same "lifeguard" from the night prior. Even the employees key wouldn't work! After getting into the pool, our kids were asked to leave the pool area because "there was not enough chlorine" (The instant we walked in, all you could smell is chlorine) I definitely DON'T recommend staying here! The price you pay is NOT worth the stay!!
