My husband and i stayed here and we were very pleased. From Sue at the front desk, who was kind and friendly, and so accomidating, to the cleanliness of our room. The Crystal Inn is my favorite place to stay when I go to Great Falls. They make sure their guests are taken care of.

Staff was wonderful when my husband had to have emergency gallbladder surgery while he was there last week. Very attentive to his needs. Staff picked him up from the hospital, took him to get RX filled, encouraged him to walk and more. Thank y’all for taking such wonderful care of him.

Location of hotel was great and easy to find, right off the I-15. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were large and clean.

Was in Great Falls on business. Rooms were great and spacious. Great beds and bedding with a Dennys nearby. Would of given a 5 star if the breakfast was better. Very limited to other places Ive stayed. Also cleaners tried coming into my room dispite the note do not disturb on the door. Luckly I had chain lock.

Clean room with a soft bed. Front desk staff was accommodating and efficient during the check-in process. Hot breakfast of biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon and coffee. Montana trucker food!
