Hilton Garden Inn Great Falls

Fantastic experience. Superior customer service, even while undergoing renovations. Staff was friendly, bed was comfy, room was quiet! Oh, and the hot water pressure is fabulous!

I travel a ton for work and stay at Hilton properties all the time. The problem is that they are owned by private people and they all run their hotels a little different or their managers do. For example the Hilton Garden in Great Falls has just announced that they are no longer accepting the Government rate, so no more staying there or having any of the many events that we booked there. I did get one FREE water for being a Gold Member, thanks. There are a TON of hotels in Great Falls that offer FREE breakfast, appetizers, and great conference rooms, so check them out if your going to GF.

I spent 2 nights there for a conference I was attending. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff courteous and helpful. I did not use any services or amenities they have but they have them all.

Comfortable and hospitable, clean and warm despite the temporary renovation work. Great staff

I attended a event ine of the banquet rooms were rented. The room was nice the food was okay.
