Hampton Inn Great Falls

This is the this is simply the best Hampton Inn Great Falls. I really enjoyed the breakfast here .I thought it was kind of tacky how they recycled the stickers from the true hotels .You know the hipster cheap hotels that they're trying to market to the kids or you don't get a swimming pool or hot tub but akasha few bucks less. The food seems to be about the same. The bed was good. The housekeeping was good. It was nice and clean.

I would never stay here again. Hot tub had some kind of slim floating in it and the pool had hair everywhere. My friends room was only cleaned where he requested it. Desk staff (young girl) rolled her eyes when asked why. Manager was no where to be found and my friend was told no one there could fix the problem or discount his stay. He is an Elite member of the Hampton Inn and was treated rudely. I would not stay there again. The Lady that set up the breakfast room was very nice and the food areas were clean and well kept up. Only nice thing about this stay

We were given a room with an adjoining door - why, I don't know - it wasn't a busy night. We had noisey neighbours, the door didn't stop any noise. Outside the bedroom window was a generator - for what, I don't know. We had to ask to be moved room, which when you have already moved in is a pain. When we complained/raised the issues, there was no response. How rude is that. When I emailed the issues to customer care, there was no reply either. So much for customer care - I won't use Hampton Inn again, there is plenty of better competion out there at lower prices too.

Handicapped room has short toilet and really narrow room. Front desk were not the nicest.
