Bed bugs. I've stayed here a few times with mixed results. My most recent stay will be my last when I was greeted with bed bugs, when I woke in the middle of the night. After seeing the bugs I immediately burned my skin off in the shower, and disposed of any clothes which came in contact with the floor/bedding. In retrospect I should've known something was up, as there was some white residue (insecticide) on the the bed skirt and other surfaces. In all I've probably stayed here a dozen times, as it was a preferred location through my employer. At all times it seems there are dozens of kids running and yelling in the halls, which is not particularly conducive to relaxing after a long day of work. WiFi is spotty at best. They do have a bar/restaurant attached which is a plus. I would not recommend anyone in town on business or stay here.

I try to use Best Western hotels as much as possible. They are consistent with their quality. I wish that all offered breakfast. This one did not offer a breakfast. Just a simple continental one would be good before heading out - muffins, fruit, juice and coffee.

We found the accommodation to be comfortable , clean and well presentable save only for the size of the bathroom and the distance to the lobby. We have stayed at the Heritage numerous times but this trip was booked through AMA. Perhaps if I booked direct I would have had a room closer to the lobby as in the past. Nonetheless, our stay was enjoyable. Rick Dalton

Disgusting. We'd stayed at some decent Best Western Plus Hotels before (Moab, UT even Butte MT). We thought this would be comparable, boy were we wrong. We drove out of our way to stay at this one since it had a pool and a hot tub. My wife went in the hot tub and immediately had to get out since she said it smelled like someone defecated in it. We went to the tub in our room to clean off, with our little boys and the tub was grimy and gross as well. The air conditioner was so loud it was really tough to sleep. To top it all off, there was no breakfast included and the manager tried to tell us that it's not normally included. This place was a dive. It was in a really bad part of town as well. Just do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

This hotel is amazing! I left a souvenir from our trip in the hotel room and was unaware it was missing until I was at the airport and had already turned in my rental car. Without hesitation the staff said they'd bring it to me at the airport!! I am so thankful
