Econo Lodge Ponderosa

The service here was very poor. When we got to our room, I looked in the bath tub and there was something resembling purple hair dye on the bottom. When I used the sink, It would not drain and even worse, The pipe was leaking. We moved to another room and then went to sleep. When I woke up, I put the little paper on my bed that told the room service people to REPLACE the linens. What did they do? They just re arranged them. By then, my dad had had enough of it. He went down to have a talk with GM. It cost $80 to get out of there. I have three words for you: Don't go here!!!!!!!

A 60 dollar room ended up costing 200. They also mysteriously can't find anything left in the room. Will never stay there again. The ride service just was the icing on the cake. Fyi they refused to honor my military discount as well.

Over charged and a damage deposit? First let's deal with the previous ladies comment. "Breakfast and coffee all day... well kept rooms also". This is B's breakfast is only from 7am to 10am. Do you think of a company advertises a price on their official website site, that they should honour it? "I can't give you that rate, that is only choice hotels price not ours." What? You will be charged an extra $50 on your credit card as a damage deposit and a will get it back up to 14 days after you check out. DoTh not have a receipt showing this because "we have hit write here at the desk" Finally very dim lights so you don't see the mud stained carpets.

This hotel is extremely dated. I had hair and debris along the wall where it wasn't cleaned properly. Had to change rooms due to my being up at night with sick family and the second room was worse than the first. Woke up gasping for breath as sewer gas had invaded the room. Was told they knew this happened sometimes! Changed hotels for the rest of my stay in Great Falls. Just do yourself a favor, stay someplace else.

Nice quiet rooms. Very clean. Love the underground parking. Nice downtown location. Prices are great. The service is wonderful, the staff are always super friendly.
