This is a truly amazing hostel. It's got lots of space, a perfect location, and it's highly organized with extraordinary attention to detail. They have free coffee every morning. There are organized city tours with a local guide, by donation. The kitchen is a restaurant kitchen, with baskets for your food and plenty of space. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I could keep going down the list. My opinion is that if you're staying in Quebec City, there's no need to consider anywhere else.
Has everything you would expect and need out of a hostel! The perfect location for exploring Old Quebec. Bunk beds are quite small but rooms are clean. They have daily walking tours too.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well maintained and the location is perfect-downtown Vieux Quebec. Walkability: Within walkable distance to most places downtown.
HI in Ole Quebec City has amazingly impressive rooms especially 8-300 and the most wonderfully helpful and yes caring staff! We will be back and highly recommend this HI. Thanks to Simon, the manager, who gave us kind advise for our next adventures. Merci beaucoup!

The welcome is super friendly, even when you come home late. L'accueil est super sympathique, même lorsqu'on rentre tard. Il demande de valider notre numéro de chambre, ce que je trouve intelligent et sécuritaire, ainsi qu'il y a quelques portes dans les passages à déverrouiller avec notre clé, ce que je trouve aussi bien. L'emplacement est de choix et les espaces communs sont grands et propres bien que je ne les ai malheureusement pas utilisés. Je recommande fortement cette auberge!
