Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Soft, warm and king sized. My room also had a great view. Staff are friendly, professional and happy to converse in either French or English. Undercover pay parking is available on site. Hotel is also pet friendly.

Just note, there is no formal room service but you can order food from Jaja Restaurant downstairs and then pick up it up as takeaway.

Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone was very nice and willing to help. The room was big and clean. The view from our room was awesome. Information about the pool was a little confusing, and everybody had different info on the pool times. The pool was very cool though. In general , very good option for the price. Very satisfied with the service.

Very nice room. Everything was clean too! Staff very courteous and helpful. Might need new lights with power outlet (beside the bed), will be easier to charge our phones haha!!!

Very popular, well located and very friendly hotel.
The round panoramic restaurante Le Ciel is a Must. 
The hotel is very friendly and casual. I visited on Easter Weekend and they had a cabin in Easter Theme and gave Easter favors to every child.

Considering the view and location, we got what we paid for (around $110 USD / night).

Bedding itself could be prettier, and the elevators faster. My only Con is that this hotel has no room service, so no breakfast in your pijamas here :p

The hotel was really great. We where supposed to have a queen bed room but we where upgraded to a king. The downside was the bathroom. The view of the 20th floor was amazing. Great ambiance at the pool/spa.
