The windshield washer fluid was run out when I drove their car on the highway in a snowing day. I tried to call and email them and haven't received any reply.

4*4 with winter tires totally finished. After one week they weren't able to manage a voucher pre-paid! One another office took 2h to resolve the same problem! But here we waited 2h at the pick-up and we needed more than 3h to resolve the problem at the drop-off !!!!
