Hertz

Not sure why my previous review disappeared 1 year ago but I do have to clarify my situation. I caused a minor scratch to the front bumper when returning the car to the parking spot, and knowing that it was my mistake, I filled in the damage form as required. I had damage waiver and the form was accepted by the employee at Hertz, but he refused to let me go, even though at that time I've completed all the paper works and returned the keys. I allocated extra times for returning the car, but employee with poor attitude unreasonably holding me up has added unnecessary stress to my renting experience at this particular Hertz location. Otherwise I've had many good experiences with Hertz, with the sole exception of this location.

When returning the car all was fine, nothing to worry about. Now they are keeping 290 dollar for whatever reason. We are still on the progress of sorting this out. Anyway not me than one star for lack of transparency and the inconvenience.

Best car renting experience. We booked a full size and we got a Nissan Altima. Well maintained, clean, and fuel efficient. Cannot ask more for the price.

Got a car on canada day. Great customer service. Gave me good discount. I will rent again form this location. Thank you hertz
