Globe Location Auto & Camion (Car & Truck Rental)

I don't know where to start...! I have never written a review but the service was so excelent that I created a google mail account just for this. The kiosk machine was not as scary as I expected it to be. It's a very good system and I was surprised why we don't have it in Germany! The gentlemen behind the camera were very professional and explained everything with details. I wish all car rentals were as good as this..! There was no gps in the car but they invited me to their main office to provide me one for free. I will recommend to all friends and family back home!!

Globecar was such a great experience - kiosk was easy to find and use, car rental process was extremely convenient. Jay P. (our agent) was very helpful and patiently explained the process to me. We called the day before our rental and they were extremely accommodating and helped us choose a car that best fit our needs. Customer service is IMPECCABLE - we left an important thing in the rental car and Globecar promptly retrieved it and helped us pick it up from their hq. Thank u globecar and especially Jay! I just picked up my first car from Global. Wow. Wish we had this in the USA where I'm from. Got a great price. Better than others I looked at. Easy to find the kiosk. My livestream representative Aref Sielman was extrememely helpful. It took a little longer than I expected but the process was high tech and pleasant. btw, I was give a brand new car too!

On m'a accusé de vol d'un GPS, j'ai attendu 2 semaines le remboursement vu que ma carte de crédit a été débitée de 400$ (je ne l'ai pas volé évidemment, c'est une erreur de leur part). Et 25$ de péage sachant que le coût était de 7$ (ok c'est de ma faute sur ce coup). Première et dernière expérience avec cette compagnie.

Tres mauvais service . mauvaise communication .Attente sur place .Voiture relouee a quelqu'un d'autre . Pas de solution trouvee apres plusieurs heures. Aucune personne sur place physiquement . Les demandes d'indemnisation mimines envoyees au service clientele reste lettre morte . Je deconseille.
