Friendly staff but can be a long wait.
Friendly staff but not able to handle more than 2 customers at one time so the line backs up quickly. I recommend this place for anyone not in a rush and is coming from nearby.

Very fast service, new cars (as of 2017 Nov), reasonable price, and very good location if you're getting a car in the city! They don't accept the debit payment, and take only credit cards, not a big point though..

Terrible customer service. Been trying to contact them about an insurance claim for over 2 months. No one returns calls or emails. Absolutely ridiculous. Rent from someone else. These people don't care at all.

very friendly, the fastest service maybe ever at one of their locations in NA, and the location is pretty convenient if you are staying at one of the many hotels around there

Just make sure you pick the right location since they have a second one in a different area of Montreal
