Sales staff very nice to deal with, however, the issues started when I got my product. 

Got product (Tap for bathtub) that was defective, would not honor the exchange despite the issue was found immediately after purchase. Had to deal with manufacturer instead. Will not go back again.

These guys were so helpful and work within your budget. 
The manager of the showroom, (Henry) provided us with excellent advice and was extremely knowledgeable on product lines. Great value. We ended up buying all our kitchen and bathroom fixtures from them.

Knowledgeable folks that were great to deal with. I bought a  toto toilet  MS854114SG from them. It was a bit more expensive than tap works but I was willing to support guys in my neighborhood.
