RONA

This is my main Rona location. The main reason I go to this location is because of the friendly staff that are always willing to help and assists my needs and as well as how clean the store actually is. It shows on how well the team takes care of the store looks. Major renovation stores are messy and dirty but this location is spotless. At times when they do not have what I need the team is always providing me with other options in order to make my trip worth it. That's the most important thing for me when shopping, great customer service and a great first impression. Lately they have been making my experience even better by training more associates and having more knowdlge on the floor. Being a store manager myself I can see the value that the employees have as well as how hard they work. Great job team! I will continue to shop at Islington as long as you keep up the amazing work.

Meh. I only come here now if I don''t have time for the other major stores but even then, line ups are slow going at the cash so I generally try not to come here. Prices are more expensive overall for lumber and hardware. As for lumber - there is nothing inside the store. You have to pick your lumber from a list and then drive to the rear yard and try to find someone to come pick your lumber order for you. Check the prices too! Often times the prices ring in more than the sticker price on the shelf. If you call them on it you have to wait for someone to verify the price and then they'll ring it through at the regular price. What they don't mention is that if the price is different at the cash they need to give you the item for free if it's under $10 or take $10 off the price if it's over $10. If you want that you have to get a manager involve which takes even more time. Avoid this store!

Myron needs to be Employee of the Month. Sooooo helpful and kind. Rest of the staff are great and everytime i go in it's been a positive experience.

I appreciate good customer service and I find the employees here are knowledgeable and always so helpful and friendly.
