Great experience working with Andrew and team! In the middle of the cold snap in Toronto when frozen pipes and no heating were a huge issue, getting someone to help with my drainage/flooding issue was a problem. Absolute was recommended to me by another plumbing company (yes - they're that good) and glad they did. Reasonably priced, quick work and well done. Andrew recommended the install of a backwash valve and helped me to navigate the required permit, city inspection and paperwork. Great idea as the floor had to be opened up anyway - get it all done at once before the new flooring goes down! Highly recommend without hesitation.

Andrew came and inspected my exterior drain. He was professional, pleasant and punctual. Using a drain camera he showed us what the issues were and made recommendations of how to remedy our issues. We made an appointment and the work was done on schedule and as per the quote he gave us. I would highly recommend their services. Very happy with their work.

From this past week, as I have now used this company twice: I HIGHLY recommend ADP Toronto Plumbing. I had a massive sewer back up in my basement, Andrew came the same day to give me an estimate which was right in line with the other estimates that I got. They showed up the next day and started right away: they were extremely hard working, fast and clean - the whole job was done in 4 days. Additional info about a city rebate program was also given to me. Highly professional and most importantly, they did a great job of the plumbing issue (and even though they had to dig up my lawn they actually replaced all the grass carefully!). THANK YOU! From a few years ago:These guys are amazing - above and beyond good customer care, priced WELL below competition (I was replacing lead pipes and installing sump pump and they were over $1500 LESS than two other estimates I got), punctual and proficient work. HIGHLY recommend.

The staff at Absolute were very professional. Their fees were reasonable, the installers were very respectful of our home and left the installation sites for both the sump pump and backwater valve clean. The whole job, from start through inspection to finish took two days. I highly recommend them. Jim Sheldon
