They do their job ok but they completely overcharge their fees. NEVER sign their workorders if it doesn't contain something that you agreed with them over the phone. They will agree to something over the phone with you and then then they will present you a work order that will be totally different and then they will use whatever is on the workorder to charge you and completely deny anything that they promised you over the phone. And if you don't pay, they will threaten to take you to collections. The WORST tradesman that I have EVER dealt with. There are LOT more other competent plumbers out there in Toronto that charge more reasonable fees. It's NOT worth it to pay more to them for the same job that others can do just as well or even better.

Friendly on the phone call. Appointment booked for quote. Didn't show up entire day, didn't bother to phone either.
