It usually had a better selection of tools and specialty items than the Home Depot down the street. If you're a woodworker, definitely better woodworking supplies. Their lumber selection is more limited though. I also really like the size and scope of their seasonal section.

I had a dozen or so visits. I learned the following. If you know what you want and can reach it/get it yourself then the whole trip will be short. If you know what you want but can't reach it (sink high up on shelf), then you are stuck for about an hour. If you don't know what you want and need to ask questions and are planning to buy, then forget seeing your loved ones. You will never get out of the store. And even if you do it's unknown if will accomplish what you came to do. Also it would help if they hired non south Asian employees. The current ones are too interested in making commission.

I bought a washer and dryer and the associate (Wayne) that helped me was awesome! He explained everything and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He went above and beyond compared to Home Depot.

Amazing service 😊 at this well stocked home improvement store. Not only there are lots of associates available to help you, they are also friendly and knowledgeable. Store itself is spotless and very well stocked. Customer service can check the availability of items (if you know specifically what you are looking for). Customer service associate saw that I had several items in my hands and went and brought a shopping 🛒 for me to use What a wonderful service!!! TorontoLocalGuide review.

Went to buy fuses. Couldn't find what I was looking for. A representative in electrical was very knowledgeable and got me the fuses I need!!
