I had a problem with a clogged kitchen drain so I found a plumber on Kijiji who was offering to fix it for a cheap price. After 2 hours of struggling to fix it he just gave up and left. I was fed up and needed it fixed so I called a professional company, DrainRooter Plumbing, who sent over Brian. He was very friendly, professional, and fixed the problem within an hour. I’m very impressed and happy with the service. Thank you DrainRooter Plumbing and thank you Brian.

Very unreliable and irresponsible company. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance, then took a day off work so i could be there when they come. THEY NEVER CAME. After they did not show up during the agreed time frame, I called them up, and all they could say was “ummmm… I don’t know what happened but you’re not on the list for today”… THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY

I had drain backup coming from my toilet. I called these guys and had a plumber put a camera into the pipe to see why my toilet was backing up. I found out that the clay drain pipe collapsed. Aaron told me exactly what had to be done and the costs. I thought that the price was fair so I went ahead with their service. Aarons team started the work right away and finished in 6hrs. I was really happy to be able to drain water in my house and havent had a problem since. Great service, awesome plumbers and fair pricing...everything I look for in a company. Recommend 100%!!!
