Tubs was by far the worst part of our renovation experience. Once the sale was made, the customer service plummeted into the doldrums. Our sales representative became unresponsive, to emails or phone calls, and we had to physically go into the store multiple times just to track him down. The smiles quickly turned to scorns from their staff. Our kitchen faucet arrived defective, and once again Tubs was unable/unwilling to help. We had to go directly to the manufacturer to resolve the problem, a very simple one at that. If I had the option, I would give Tubs 0 stars.

If I could give no stars I would. I was harassed by an employee while ordering a few items and was unable to get through to the management to have the issue resolved. I was given a discount by the said employee and followed to my car (creepy and scary) to be asked on a date (he is married by the way). I refused and tried to follow up with the owner and the manager only to realize that no-one wanted to do anything about the situation or return my calls. There is no HR person and this location is their head office... Next step is writing a few reviews and visiting in person. Disgusting and unprofessional in a nutshell.

We just completed the purchase of all the necessary components for 4 bathrooms to be included in a new home, and were very pleased with our sales specialist's quality of advice, direction and overall knowledge. The prices were competitive and much care was taken to choose the right item, balancing quality and value. I can only hope the delivery and installation experience is equal to the high standard that Zino Ben established in the purchasing decision. Thanks

Not happy with the products I bought at all. When they were installed both vanities were missing the main post in a leg and the drawers roll very loosely .. not a nice roll. The finish marks really easy and its a very soft wood. I can't imagine them lasting very long. One of my vanities went missing then I was told it was discontinued and I was given a floor model with a $100 gift card (very cheap response considering the other vanity was missing a part as well and my order was so delayed) My shower was installed and is NOT efficient what so ever (which I had specifically asked for. again very cheap. Service rep was nice but you can not be helped by anyone but your rep and if you go there (which I did quite a few times) and they aren't working you are out of luck. Very poor return policy. I won't be back and most likely am just going to buy a replacement shower and chuck the one I bought there ($600 wasted) as I won't get anything else there and they give credits. Very very disappointed.
