I called this company during the recent deep freeze we had. I was promised that someone would be coming at some point during the day, but that they would call when they are available. Meanwhile I had no water in the house with my newborn baby I the house. I kept calling and they kept telling me the same thing, that we were next on the list. Well guess what? They DIDN'T come, and I had to panic and find an HONEST plumber who went out of his way to help me out. SHAME ON YOU waterman!

I had a great experience with Waterworks! Michael came out right away and took the time to explain to me the problem and my options for getting it fixed. He even came back without charging me to further help me diagnose the problem. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and honest plumber, I would highly recommend Michael and Waterworks!

My Fiancé and I experienced frozen pipes for first time this year. Found Waterworks online based on their great reviews and decided to go forward with them. Natasha dealt with us over the phone and immediately provided advice to manage the situation while they organized a plumber to visit us. She communicated with us regularly and updating us on the status of when we would expect a plumber. They provided us a photo of our plumber, Aaron, so we had total confidence in who was visiting our home. Once Aaron arrived he was not only professional but extremely polite and friendly as well. He answered all of our questions, made a reasonable quote, and advised us on preventative management strategies for the future.  All together, a great experience from all fronts. Thank you again! :)

Really great experience with Waterworks! Michael was kind and efficient at his job, our issue was fixed in no time! The bad reviews of this company must be fake because this is a great small local business with a lot of heart. Thanks so much!

After getting a plumber from another company (9+/10 on homestars) to unsuccessfully unblock my kitchen sink, Michael turned up and got the job done and Natasha kept me up to date on when I should expect help. A huge relief for me and my young family. Would recommend to anyone and will my speed dial plumber going forward. Thank you!
