Poor sales tactics. Numerous attempts to hide extra charges, and being straight up lied to by sales associates "No we actually can't remove the charge, it has to be charged every car we sell" uh huh. Then the boss comes with it removed after I asked before he said this, and he got caught red handed. Plus costs for tire protection....protection against theft, I had them reprint it several times and they STILL had extra charges after I said I JUST want the base car, nothing else. Just went with Georgetown VW. Much better, better price too.

Excellent service always!! I have gotten a couple of vehicles with them over the years and have always been happy and completely satisfied that I got the best possible price and care. I recommend it to everyone! Thanks Alejandro and team!

Dishonest dealer and they strung me along and completely wasted my time. We had negotiated a deal. Then, when I was sent over to the Finance person who finalized the lease, there were about $480 in new charges. The sales person said that he did tell me that there would be other fees, but $480 is something you should be transparent about (and only $92.75 of those fees are legitimate; the rest are made up fees for profit). The whole process took hours of my time. I'm all for business making a profit to survive, but we negotiated their profit. They didn't have to agree to my offer. They tried to sneak all sorts of charges by me by making the math confusing. The Finance person told me she was a CPA and she appeared to be unable to break down the math. Either that, or she was in on the whole charade. I had to show her how the math should work and then there was more back and forth. I turned around, called another dealer and told them exactly what I was willing to pay. They sent over a quote, I counter-offered and the deal was all done electronically. All the line items were clear and transparent. The math was correct and there was nothing hidden that could not be explained. The exact same process took less than 15 minutes, and 3 emails total.

Wipers were giving trouble and blew a fuse. Was told that is was due to ice build up. Spent $150 for a diagnosis that returned nothing. The next day the fuse blew again. Spent another $150 and found the motor had burnt out but couldn't find the cause. They then quoted me $750 to replace the motor. Ended up taking it to B&L Motors in Waterloo (look them up) who found the issue (the linkages had seized up - regular wear and tear) and did it for much less that VW Guelph's quote. All in all I dropped almost $400 on absolutely nothing. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I won't be back. If you read this, I'd appreciate my money back. German engineering, my a$$. In addition, their checkout process when you come to pick up your car is terrible. I consistently wait for 15 minutes before anyone looks in my direction. Happens to all the people standing around me too. What a joke.

Worst customer service and a dealership that will not give you a break or deal on anything! From my experience I would recommend going to another dealership if your looking to purchase a car. The sales people lie and zero ability to follow up. The sales manager could careless about your business. Offered me the absolute minimum on a Touareg TDI that was sitting outside on gravel for 3 years. I ended up purchasing an even higher class for much less money and got a larger rebate. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY HERE!
