Gold's Gym Calgary Country Hills

Manager at country hills location has 0 customer service skills. Kelly and Veronica should definitely make a change to this as the customer service skills are being taught by someone who has 0 which affects the rest of the staff. I have been to country hills a handful of times and every time I go there it is a horrible experience. And if you ask for coffee after the coffee needed to be refilled they tell you no and continue to write a “rude” comment under your name. I believe this system they have going on there needs to be looked at ASAP . I’ve been a member for 8 years now, Never had this problem at northgate. Narinder is best person is to reach if you are looking for membership. He helped with the tour and explained me all about the gym also gave me really good deal. If you looking for better plan reach out to him

I’ve been training with Bree for almost a year at this gym and shes just amazing. With her guidance, I’ve gained so much strength back. She helped me stay in shape even with a injury and I never felt like it caused more pain. I definitely recommend her as a trainer cause she really cares and will be pushing you to keep going! Plus this gym has everything that I need so its pretty great.

Its been over 3 weeks , the machines dont get repaired which dont require more than an hour to be fixed . Steam rooms gets blocked every month . Idk for what they charge us . The gym staff should focus on its maintenance .

Breeanna has been my trainer for a couple years and she’s great to work with. She keeps me motivated and the workouts are fun, which makes me look forward to our next session together. I’ve met my goals of losing weight and getting stronger with her knowledge and guidance. She celebrates my achievements, big or small, and encourages me to keep working at it. I highly recommend Bree; she’s amazing.
