Great facility with many drop-in class options from spin to body pump to yoga. Pools are 25m lanes. The workout machines are pretty standard. They aren't new but they are in good condition. The floor plan isn't the best layout as the open workout areas are very narrow and there isn't much mirror space near the weights. The abs area flooring should be replaced with a safer material because it's slippery and my feet tend to slide when doing planks. What I like most is the friendly staff and community!

Ive only been here once and it was great. The environment is nice and clean and the staff at the entrance knew what I was here for. Its like they read my mind! I went to a dance workshop that day and the studio was clean and big. The speakers work just fine. The mirrors were unsymetrical but that didnt reallt bother my stay. I would recommend going here

Clean, spacious and not a lot of people so most equipment is available. Only draw back is i wish there was more equipment variety and more of the commonly used equipment.
