Totum Life Science

Totum has awesome staff, facilities, and vibe. Everything is clean and high quality, and I love how integrated the services are - for instance, the trainers, physiotherapists, RMTs, and naturopath all share notes with each other, which further build upon a more personalized and complete training plan. Andrew is by far the best trainer I've had, and his holistic approach to training has taught me more of the mechanics underlying everything. He also tailors your workout plan and works with you to make sure you're doing things right, rather than just standing there giving you orders from a generic clipboard.

Good equipment, clean facilities, and towel service! Everyone here is very friendly and the gym membership prices are reasonable. I attend for the classes and I find the quality to be very high! My favourite classes are taught by Danielle Weiss and Mace Freeman.

Having frequented many gyms throughout Toronto & Vancouver I can say with 100% confidence that Totum is the best of them all. From the trainers & staff who work there to the community who frequents the gym, there is no better feeling than steeping in to Totum for your days workout, class or massage. Thanks so much to everyone at Totum who day in & out makes it such a wonderful place to exercise. You guys rock!
