Just right :) Getting back into the swing of things after a ski injury proved to be a long road. Physio proved to be not quite enough and other gym programs to be too much. Caroline really listened to my needs and has provided an effective program that fits perfectly into my lifestyle. I'm achieving the improvements I want while spending less time "working on it" - and that leaves time and energy for all the other important things in life.
