Sam and Laurie are the best! They are the best trainers in the Port Moody/Coquitlam area that I have met. They hold you accountable constantly, sit down with you personally on a regular basis to check in on your food and eating habits. Plus with Laurie's background in doing fitness shows you can trust she knows her stuff when it comes to nutrition! That leads to them delivering amazing results - you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend Eagle Ridge Fitness to anyone looking to improve their fitness or health!

Sam, Laurie, and Eagle Ridge team are true ambassadors for the health and wellness industry. Their passion for fitness is infectious and seems to reflect highly with all those involved. From team members to clients it feels that they truly walk the talk. Heading into a class at either location makes you feel alive and full of energy again! Great Job guys keep it up!

I came into ERF on a whim one day completely terrified of what I might face as health and fitness was not my forte. I had a lot of weight to lose to get healthy and was very self conscious about starting an exercise program due to my size. From when I first walked in to ERF I felt welcomed and my self consciousness faded away. That was 3 years ago now and I have lost and maintained over 50 lbs and continue to grow stronger every workout. The staff are awesome, supportive, friendly and very motivating. Highly recommend to anyone looking to lose weight, gain strength or just feel great!!
