very bad experience there, registering as member is very very easy, they even don’t need your legal name. But if you plan to cancel that, no way! They will give you lots of hard times to make your cancellation impossible. When I cancel my membership, they required lots of proofs which show I really have to cancel that. Like the one way air ticket. And that’s not enough, they also required me to prove ME IS ME! I’m not joking, because the person registered me didn’t use my legal name. He just used my nick name, and when I go to cancel my membership with all the proofs they need, they required me to prove that nick name was me! I had no way and had to cancel my credit card which they took money from, guess what, I don’t know how they got my other credit card and steal money from other card!!! This problem from one year ago and I still really mad for them!

The fitness gym itself was good . Lots of equipment and space. Promised a cypress mountain ticket upon purchase of membership and never got it by manager paul. 3 months into my membership I was injured from a wrestling tournament and showed proof and canceled my membership. I was still charged for 5 extra months before they automatically shut it down themselves because I stopped paying. I never gave them my banking info just paid debit every month when they said it was due. Called the gym multiple times to speak to manager throughout the year and was always told he was at lunch and will call my number after. Call never received.

Super busy, very cluttered no area to really stretch. Long time members are aggressive and rude. I worked out there 4-5 days a week, for a year and not a single staff member knew my name. Management is really lacking, this place needs an overhaul including leadership. Staff should be walking around, helping members, talking to them and get to know people. The gym looks like a dungeon and was extremely too hot this summer. I hope Steve Nash really looks at what people say and fixes this gym. I'm glad I've moved to another gym and love my workouts now.

Horrible and deceiving sale tactics! I came in to try out the gym on 7 day trial, when I came in I was told to take a seat and go over a EXTENSIVE amount of membership options and basically got coerced to putting my card down for a 10 day trial instead. The guy's name was Kevin from Coquitlam location. I'm still getting spam sale texts from him..so shameless. He didn't inform I'd start getting charged BIWEEKLY on top of a fee I paid on the spot, my payment went through right away and they deduced..YET they cannot refund me until 1.5 months later until I called head office multiple times. First they blamed me for not checking my bank properly, than apologized from not informing me the refund never went through and cheque needed to me sent. What a horrendous experience, also the receptionist who helped me talked to her friends for a good 10 minutes while I was patiently waiting to be helped...unprofessional and sketchy gym. Avoid Steve Nash at ALL costs!!

Had an injury in my right shoulder and asked one of the trainers for assistance and tips on a quick recovery. Damien did a great job pointing out what was exactly wrong with with my shoulder and had me back in the gym with almost no pain lifting weights again.
