I have been coming to Body By Brandt for about a year and I love it! My day is not complete without my work out. I have worked with Leigh and Dean and both offer variety in their work outs so it never gets boring, the music and facility is awesome as well.
They carry a variety of nutrition supplements and nutrition options such as protein bars etc. They also carry Lorna Jane Active wear and have some really nice sports bras, shirts and leggings. Definitely recommend to others.

Body by Brandt is fabulous. Leigh runs killer boot camps. Dean helped me get into the best shape of my life as I prepped for natural bikini nationals earlier this year. I followed the customized meal plans, training plans and got my body fat tested regularly, in addition to attending weekly bikini posing sessions with Leigh.  Dean and Leigh plan the coolest events all year round and they so supportive.  It's the best team to join if you're looking to make amazing friendships and create a lifetime of memories. Will never forget our team trip to Nationals in Montreal this past May, while jointly celebrating Dean & Leigh's 7th wedding anniversary.

I have been with the Body by Brandt team for just over a year. I joined their competition prep team when I was preparing for the BCABBA Provincials last year and have also done two preps with them for 2016 and 2017 Nationals. Dean provides me with my customized meal plans and natural supplement suggestions and I work with Leigh on perfecting my stage presence during posing class. Dean does body composition check-ins every week to make sure that I am on track toward my goal of being stage ready, as well as reviews with me any areas that I need to improve upon. Both Dean and Leigh are always quick to respond to my many questions and provide advice and guidance where needed.  I love the positive vibe and being around the other B3 team members. It is a super supportive environment whether you are competing or just part of the crew that is there to live a healthier and fit lifestyle.

Sonja at Body By Brandt was super helpful and went out of her way to help me.  I was looking for a specific type of Dietitian and she did some research and gave me referrals to follow up on. Really went out of her way.  Very impressed.

Only recently joined the team but already impressed with their speedy responses and attention to detail. What should have been a 30 minute consultation became nearly an hour. Both Dean and Leigh were very interested in my journey so far and what I needed to do to enhance my journey and go forward. Extremely knowledgeable and would recommend
