UFC GYM Coquitlam

Im super impressed with this place!! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The trainers are generous with their time and very knowledgeable. Good space to workout, spar, and lots of training equipment. The classes are fun, educational and hard work. Schedule is flexible with morning and night training. Just a good vibe all around!

An OK gym. Very clean, although not so many equipments. If you're looking to just work out, I suggest you find another gym. This gym has a bunch of heavy bags, so if you're looking to practice your martial arts skills, I'd recommend thia gym.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is always immaculate. They are very accommodating and will even move the heavy bags for you if you want to train while there is a class going on. Great diversity of punching bags including a headache bag and knee bags. I only wish that it was closer to Vancouver because it can be a long drive during rush hour.

This gym is probably the best! It's very affordable and the coaches are very nice. Recommended to everyone ! There are youth classes and a lot more other classes to choose from. Family friendly...
