Rasa means "juice" or "essence" of an object. Rasa Flow Yoga is referring to the sweetness of your practice. When you soften into the pose you take the essence of yoga off the mat and into the world, allowing your mind, body and spirit to expand beyond your potential and create positive changes in your life.

So grateful I found this yoga studio! The yoga practiced at this studio is the true pure forms of yoga. The goal looks to be to share the absolute beauty, strength and healing powers of yoga with all. Absolutely love it! I've been to few classes but felt the difference from the first class I attended. I thank owners for establishing this sacred place🙏🏼

I'm very impressed with Rasa studio located in Port Coquitlam. The facility is very clean and neat. I have tried a few teachers there and I like them all, but my favourite teacher is, hands down, Mac! He is the Guru of yoga! The knowledge he has is boundless! The way he teaches is amazing! I and a few of my friends from that studio would really love to attend more of his classes as just 2 evening classes a week is not enough! We would also be happy if his classes could be a bit longer!

Best Yoga studio I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.I really enjoy Mak's classes as he is highly professional and delightful teacher, who helps you to aim a positive personal changes. Very comfortable and calming atmosphere is always here For those who don't actually live in Port Coquitlam, the excellence of this Rasa Flow Yoga studio is still absolutely worth the drive.

Great place. Family run yoga studio (Ayesha, Mak, Sophia). Teachers are great and atmosphere is very peaceful. I enjoy the classes where the instructors show us what to do instead of telling us. I really like Linda, she has a good balance of providing individualized attention to her students. Fridays and Saturdays are her only classes!

Rasa Flow is a Port Coquitlam gem; a humble down to earth studio where you will feel completely comfortable and at home. The teachers have a very classic/traditional approach to yoga- which I love. Try classes with Mak if you are interested in learning about the spiritual aspects of yoga, the origins, or pranayama. His knowledge of the practice is very deep. He will help you personally with alignment, and his classes are often longer than they are supposed to be which is a bonus!
