I was looking for the perfect yoga studio in Coquitlam after I moved from Vancouver about a year ago and I finally found the gem!!! All the instructors are professional, caring, knowledgeable, and they make you sweat!!! The facility is always clean and there are ample parking spaces! just love it!

I love Beach. It has become a home a way from home for me. The teachers and staff are personable, supportive and encouraging. When you are a new member they set up a private 1-1 class with you to help get to know you, what your goals are and set a plan on how best to achieve them. From beginners to advanced practitioners, yoga enthusiasts to fitness fanatics there is something for everyone. Brittaney, Nash and all the teachers ROCK. Worth the time to check out, you will definitely fall in love!

I love this place. I consider a good Yoga teacher to be one that allows you to see and reach your potential - and to even surprise yourself in the process and that's what I get from here. There are different levels of practice, including the more gentle deep stretch/relaxation and freedom flow classes which are phenomenal - applicable to anyone; while the PiYO, Core/Flow, Fusion, and Insanity classes really take you to your edge - especially in the infrared heat. From what I've seen, there's good reason why I keep going back and why they are well voted within the community. It really comes down to awesome teachers and a great environment (a gentle beach vibe)... which really allows me to take part in the sort of Yoga practice that gives me improved mental and physical well being.

I first started going to Yoga at Beach - after bouncing around buying coupons from random deal sites. I never stayed at the different yoga studios until I was blessed to try out Beach Yoga and Wellness. I instantly fell in love after my first class! Each class is super energetic, fun and full of different opportunities to practice the art of Yoga while getting a great workout. After I finished my initial 10 pass I was convinced that this studio was worth the commitment and I signed up for my first real 6 month/1 class per week pass! It was the best decision I made this year, and I am super proud to say I never missed a week of class for those entire 6 months. Unfortunately once I was finished those passes I had to move away for medical school but now during my breaks home I was longing for Beach Yoga and came back to take a few classes. This studio will keep you motivated and their welcoming staff that knows me by name makes all the difference! I highly recommend trying them out! You will NOT regret it! Amazing! The staff are all so great. I purchased a punch pass with a 6 month expiry and didn't use all my sessions. They called me and invited me back to use them even though it had expired. They also offer a pretty good variety of classes. I love the Insanity and Fusion class since i'm not the biggest yogi. Would recommend this studio to anyone!
