Novo Spa in Yorkville is a Premier Toronto Day Spa. Enjoy couples and individual massages, organic and advanced facials, body therapies, and more.

Story

Novo Spa offers a variety of treatments, including massage therapy with Registered Massage Therapists (RMT), aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, advanced facials, manicures, pedicures, body polish and wraps and other skin and body treatments. At Novo Spa in downtown Toronto, we also offer special exotic treatments, as well as our signature treatment which is exclusive to Novo Spa. Novo Spa offers such spa massage treatments as Indian Head Massage and reflexology.

Novo Spa is an ideal destination for a romantic experience in Toronto. The Spa offers unique couple’s treatments, and is one of only a handful of Spas in Toronto to offer a special private couple’s suite with side-by-side massage beds for massage therapy for two, facials for two, and skin treatments for two. Novo Spa is also pleased to be able to offer couples our special couple’s luxury suite double shower with steam, jets, and colour therapy, as well as a private relaxation lounge made just for two.

Lovely experience. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful couples massage. And will be coming back here over and over. Front desk is very inviting and courteous, massage staff very professional, very clean facility. Love it! Thank you for the lovely experience! Can’t wait for my next one!
I didn’t get the tea or nuts that some people are reviewing, they only had water, and I also chilled out in their quiet couples space for 25 min before the facial. I had Shannon, she was friendly, and super attentive to my skin health and clearing the debris from my pores. It wasn’t the typical protocol for an Eminence but it was still really good. I loved the double guasha, it was therapeutic and the place is clean and I wasn’t recommended any products to go home with, so I didn’t feel the pressure to purchase. I’d rather 4.5 stars than just the 4 so I gave a 5- because the service was kind, entire staff was friendly and even offered me an Advil for my massive headache. I’d return for sure.
The service was just alright. We did the couples massage and my partner was not satisfied with the massage they got from the gentleman. My massage was just okay. Wasn't worth the extra cost they charge for a 1 hour RMT massage. There are other spas in the area that are significantly cheaper. The steam shower was pretty cool and relaxing. The facility is nice and smells good. Wouldn't go back based on value for price.
Massages are great! 5 out of 5. Facials are so so. Last one I got there was no extraction and all I got was a few creams rubbed into my face. I walked out with some shiny moisturizer all over my face. I had to wash my face before going outside. 3 out of 5. Spa pedicure - don't even think about it. Horrible. Nails cut unevenly, polish application super messy. The removal of shellac was super long and uneven. You can get 2 pedicures of better qualify for same price at an asian salon. 0 out of 5. I would give a negative if I could.
I have been a customer for years. I am happy with the massages great therapists. However their prices have gone up significantly compared to competitors. The cost now is $232 with tax for 90 min RMT or non RMT>. I can get for $165 exact same. The reason for the 2 stars off is there is black mold in the mens shower. It needs to be gutted. With these new high prices they need to renovate they should have had this renovated and gutted a few years back. For a yorkville upscale spa this is unacceptable guys. I did point this out to reception I hope they heed my advice and do this not just leave it for the next guy not fair.
For facial treatments, look for Shannon or Veronica. They are both very skilled at what they do. Highly recommended! The place is clean and well-maintained as well. Thanks again to the whole team! : - Joseph O.
What I love best about this spa is the super friendly service and serene atmosphere. The massage was really good the room amenities, including the rainforest cascade, steam, body jets and colour light therapy shower was excellent. The complimentary tea was a nice bonus as well.
I had a magical day at the Novo spa today. Let me start by saying that the place is immaculately clean and beautiful. It has lovely earth tone colors in all the treatment rooms and lounges which promotes relaxation. Soft music is playing throughout and I almost fell asleep waiting for my first treatment which is wonderful. I booked the organic facial and manicure pedicure combo for my birthday, and I received a complimentary lunch with my booking. Timea who did my facial is one of the most amazing women I have ever met; she was sweet and gentle and chatted with me throughout my facial to explain all the treatments she was doing because I have never had a facial before. The products that were used were fantastic because I usually have very sensitive skin and I didn’t react at all. They all smelled and felt wonderful. After the facial I had my lunch and it was a super fresh strawberry spinach salad and I also got a berry smoothie which left me energized all afternoon. Yan, did my meni pedi and she made sure I was comfortable, made me tea and helped me pick out kick ass colors for my nails. Everyone was extremely customer service oriented and it felt amazing to be pampered. I will definitely come back for more treatments, this place was 5 stars for me!
My partner and I visited the Novo Spa for a couples therapeutic massage. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide you with all the details you need to know for your visit to be smooth and relaxing. The ambiance is great. The tea is particularly good. Don’t forget to stop in the sauna during your visit too.
My husband enjoyed his therapeutic massage so much, he extended the time from 70 to 90 minutes. He also had a pedicure and says his feet are smooth and soft. He praised all the wonderful people at the spa. He will definitely want to go again, perhaps for Father's Day.
