Standard Chinese restaurant, you should expect good food and not good service because you won't get it here. Authentic Chinese customer service 100% Food was good, bbq duck and the steamed ginger chicken was so fresh. Unfortunately I found hair in my favourite dish, spicy calamari and the gailan was old and chewy, tofu too salty and chicken was so chewy we didn't eat it. you get free rice and red bean dessert after which I think is decent deal considering everywhere else charges for rice We didn't complain because as mentioned above no service plus they were so busy you're kind of forgotten once your orders are done and you're dining.. very Chinese Parking: Abundance

It is the worst restaurant i ‘ve ever been to until now. I went there for dinner and the restaurant made me so disappointed. First, the waitress was unhelpful and unfriendly, when we tried to ask to know more about their food and she seemed unpleasant. Second, the food was also not good. The picture shows my leftover food that i couldn’t finish. The taste was bad. It was a waste of money

Look at this fried rice crying. Plain rice more tastier than their so called fried rice! Made with rice too much oil and egg and shrimp Noodles! This is something without any taste. For those disgusting food we had to wait for 40 minutes but exception hurts. Worse chinies food ever. Customer service below 0 Stay away and save your time and money

I noticed this restaurant was always busy so decided to try it out and was pleasantly surprised. I personally love the fried rice and the ginger beef. The lemon chicken is very good. Tasty Canadian Chinese. Would have given it 5 stars but it can be slow to get the food and the staff is kind of curt. Asked for chop sticks and was given a fork, handed it back and got chop sticks. I thought it was funny.

Good Food, semi-okay service. Takeout on Friday night, yes busy everywhere. I had placed my takeout order online, and was at the restaurant on time for pick-up. Stood at the cashier/hostess desk for 5+ min before someone acknowledged me. People were being seated from behind me even though they had only been there a minute. I would suggest they just acknowledge people waiting with a "Hello, we will be with you in a moment". Nothing worse than feeling like your an inconvenience to them. Lots of other great restaurants that would like my business.

The food tastes is alright but after giving a tip, they tried charging me for soya sauce packets. I don’t understand. Not only did I purchase a meal, I purchased extra stuff on the side. But the lady gave me attitude for asking for some packets of soya sauce. I felt terrible for asking.

Went for the $88 combo meal that comes with rice, soup, a choice of 6 entrees, and desert. It was ok... It's not the best Chinese food I've ever tasted. The vegetables were not cooked thoroughly and things were salty vs flavorful. Dimsum service is horrible..waiting over an hour for our food that was cold. Restaurant wasn't even packed and other tables were waiting. Server was grumpy and not apologetic. Cook comes out to say hello to friends touching his face and rubbing his nose... The teenage servers and the one server was good with refilling our tea etc but that one server who wears black and the long wait time... And mediocre food ruined it

Some Chinese friends organized a party of twelve, Asian and non-Asian. They gave us some menu guidance and we had a great time. No alcohol at the moment. Wheelchair accessibility: I think it is accessible. Dietary restrictions: They accommodated one member of our party with a strange allergy without any fuss.

I have to say, personally this Chinese Restaurant is my favorite place to go in Victoria! Especially when friends come over from a place like Calgary / mainland Vancouver or even from Beijing, this is always THE BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT I take my friends to ! I love this place because they have never failed me! You can go for dim sum in the morning or go for dinner in the evening, they will always provide their customers with delicious Chinese food and excellent customer service ! All of my friends who had been there before were really appreciative with their service and high quality Chinese food!

Customer service has been the absolute worst I have experienced. If you want to be disrespected, this is the place to go. The moment we entered the restaurant, the server spoke to us in a demeaning and rude tone and said, "SIT DOWN!". Once we sat, the server was impatient and displayed a demeanor that showed that she was not happy to serve us. She was full of unnecessary attitude. When she brought the pop, she slammed it on the table. My wife left the place in tears. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be treated like trash.
