KT Noodle House

This was a pleasant surprise after a later dinner pick post Rifflandia. Being from Vancouver, I can be a bit of a noddle snob. First of all, the atmosphere is calm and clean. The Owner allowed us to be seated and served despite it being close to closing time. The food was fresh and tasty. For the price, the atmosphere, the fresh taste to the dishes we tried...well worth the try! You won’t be disappointed.

Had the zha Jiang men and beef brisket men and chicken bun. Very flavourful. It's good for Victoria to have a place like this. You get a choice of noodles too. Very reasonable prices considering Chinese food can be expensive here and not very good. This place is good. They also give a small side dish for free. I wish the Korean restaurants here would do that too.

Delicious food, and even friendlier staff! My boyfriend I tried this placed for the first time yesterday on a whim. As we were walking by I was craving something with rice noodles. Ya was incredibly friendly and suggested their new fish dish. It did not disappoint. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the flavour was tasty. She even asked if I wanted it with or without cilantro, and as someone who doesn’t like cilantro but typically puts up with it, made me extremely happy. It’s a small thing that I won’t forget. Boyfriends dish was also incredible, I believe it was beef stir fry on rice. Judging off the one bite I had beef had a lot of flavour and was complimented by the rice and rest of the stir fry. Thank you Ya for being so friendly, we will definitely come back!

Brisket Noodle Soup Light, clean broth. Fresh, springy noodles. Simple and terrific. Friendly service.

I stopped in with my girlfriend, after a long week and was not disappointed. Having grown up immersed in Chinese culture this place really impressed me. The individual- her name is - Ya - was so kind to me and my girlfriend. Before preparing the fish dish that Ya suggested she asked my girlfriend if she wanted cilantro. As many people know Cilantro is either great OR it tastes like very soapy. My missus tastes the latter of those two so I personally felt valued and was happy Ya asked us. I ordered the beef and it was GOUDDDDD! My girlfriend LOVED her dish. We will be back and wish KT noodle house a very successful year and future!

Very authentic northern Chinese food. I had the beef brisket noodle soup with wide noodles. Very nice bite to the noodles and the broth was delicious. I also had the shrimp Har Gow which were less stellar. I might suggest to avoid the dim sum here and stick to the noodles. I will be back.

No flavour nothing... we are very disappointed. We wanted to try the lamb hotpot they didn’t even have lamb so we had beef instead. The soup is not hot... it is very diluted. I don’t mind fusion food but If you want to advertise it as “authentic Sichuan food”, be it. Me and my girlfriend are both chinese and big lover for Sichuan spicy food. You are luring your customers in with false information. Plus the service is not good. They said they will provide us with lemon tea but it is just Nestea in a can... We waited and waited and it turned out they forgot to give us that...must avoid in this tourist trap.

Avoid this place. I was there couple months ago with a friend. The noodle dishes we ordered were both terrible. The portion was small. And, the flavor is none. There are tons of chinese restaurants on fisgard which make great chinese foods. No need to spend your money here.

Mixed up the noodle order and we were the only 2 people there. Flavors soso.friend order a bowl of rice but they didnt have available. Another friend joined and ask for side order of beef brisket.portion was very small.seem they got some things to figger out.

Ordered the spicy chicken bowl. Horrible and disappointing. No spice, no flavor, I'm sure the marinated egg was just a food dyed egg. I feel like garbage after eating there.
