FIX AUTO PORT MOODY

Did some private repairs (not through insurance) here recently. Bought a second hand car and one of the front fenders came loose a few months later. It had other missing pieces the I decided to get dealt with since I was taking it in anyways. The repairs were done on time and to my surprise they did a couple extra things at no charge. The car was nicely cleaned, the head lights were polished (they were rough and cloudy before) and covered up a small rust spot. I'll definitely come here again should I need auto body work in the future.

Avoid this place if you are doing a private claim!! The second I said it was private and not through insurance, they basically wouldn't provide any customer service. It was an absolute joke. After them not returning my calls for a couple weeks, I FINALLY got them to help me with a proper plan (only after physically going there) - the plan was they'd order a part, paint in and call me when it was ready. I stayed for an additional 15 minutes to wait for Roland (the GM) - just to make 100% certain everything was ok. He made it seem like I was an idiot for questioning them, but to my surprise (not surprised) I didn't hear from them for nearly 3 weeks. When I finally called to see what the status was - Roland said that I was supposed to call and order the part? That was absolutely never the plan, and what kind of auto shop asks the customer to call and order the part in to their house?? unbelievable.

Great service and quality of work. I went through insurance, so I don't know what the cost was. But in terms of service and the quality of work, I'm glad I was sent to Fix Auto by my insurance company.

I am extremely happy with the quality workman ship that was put into repairing my damaged car.Everyone was so friendly and really took the stress of having my car damaged away. I highly recommend taking your car to them.
