Craftsman Collision

Should've gone to Kirmac Collision: Terrible experience with this location. I've had to bring my vehicle back multiple times due to a break-in. Multiple interior repairs were still needed upon initially receiving the car upon the initial repair being completed. The wipers were activating when I turned the headlights on for Christ sake. This was a couple of years ago. I had not noticed that my fog lamps were not running in tandem with the headlights while turned on, which is what they're supposed to do. That is how the car was before entering their shop. Fast forward to today jan.30,2018. I told them I was incredibly reluctant due to nothing but bad experience with this company, as I have been to other shops (unrelated incidents and for other people). Gave them my car to get this fixed, for once and for all. I'm told to come and get the car, everything is working. I get there and turn the lights headlamps on and then turn the fog lamps on, nothing. Still not working, job still not completed. I was given the run around about this and that from possibly the manager, their name escapes me for the moment. Excuses about "they called the manufacturer about these don't work that way and that they're not fog lamps they're driving lamps". Complete horseshit. Driving lamps are just another name for fog lamps and I called him on it and said "why would they give the driver the option to run the fog lamps in tandem with the headlamps in the first place if they weren't supposed to run like that?". He was dumbfounded, of course. I'm extremely disappointed how my claim was originally handled this is my 3rd or 4th time having to bring my car back for the claim not being completed to specification and if I go back again 4th or 5th time. Extremely disappointed how something so small could not be repaired properly. No matter what you tell someone, every repairman who reads this will be laughing at you and not recommending you, and neither will I. Should've gone to Kirmac Collision in the first place, what a mistake.

Nice staff, accepted my claim for body shop and repair my car again after a month.

Had to go 3 times to get a less than impressive job, car had paint fumes all over the it, even on windows, paint was not polished properly, for some reason ended up with scratches on the hood, which was not where they worked on. New car, paint feels like a 10 year old car. Will not return.

Someone rear-ended my car so I was looking for a body shop near to where I live and decided to go with Craftsman as they sponsor my work's SOS Children's Gingerbread Village and I've heard good things about them. The whole experience was great. They made everything easy, they took care of contacting ICBC to confirm that the deductible was waived. They even finished the repairs a day early. It is a busy place though, don't expect to get an appointment and courtesy car right after you get the estimate. My bumper looks brand new now!

The auto body guys are Chinese and they half fast everything don't go here
